A few months back we had an emergency back-up in our main line. Disgusting water was backing up out of our toilets and into our downstairs tub. A friend referred us to Michael who is the owner of Duggan Plumbing and Rooter Service and we could not have been more relieved. He was very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue straight away. I don’t know what we would have done without his help and he has gained a customer for life with us. We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

Nick from Parvizal provided excellent customer service AND technical expertise in clearing my kitchen sinks yesterday.

He cleared a large bag and some metal wire (yes) that was lodged deep in the pipes. It was not an easy or quick job, but Nick was professional and positive throughout.

Michael was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, easily figured out why my sink was draining in to my dishwasher. He also recognized other potential problems with our 20+ under sink and explained them to me and showed me photos. He genuinely was not trying to upsell me, he just kindly educated me what potential issues we might have in the near future. He was the first plumber ever to bring a cleaning agent and clean my under cabinet before putting all my stuff back in. Got quoted $99 or free for drain clog by Mike Diamond 800 number, they got there in 45 minutes on time did the job and only charged me just that. No I did not smell test the plumber.. will definitely recommend
