This was the second time this individual (didn’t catch his name) has helped us. He was out a year ago to fix an emergency pipe leak in bathroom #1 and did a fantastic job fixing it at 5am. We noticed a similar issues starting to happen in our bathroom #2, so instead of waiting for the emergency leak to happen, we called Roto Rooter to fix it before it got worse. The same man came out and fixed the probably in less than 30 minutes. He was very kind, professional, and followed social distancing procedures.

We had our house repiped. They were on time and respectful. They also repaired all the holes in the walls that had to be made. I was pleased with their service.

Steve is a very experienced and knowledgeable plumber. He immediately evaluated my broken pipe issue and had it repaired it quickly. Steve is a plumber that takes a lot of pride in his work and it reflects in the results. I would definitely trust and use Steve again for plumbing repair or upgrades in my home.

Office staff was polite, professional, and thorough. Technician called to set appointment time, called the morning of to confirm, then called 30 minutes prior to arrival time to let us know and to apologize that he would be 30-45 minutes late, unheard of to actually be told ahead if time that he was running late! What a refreshing change. Technician, Gary, was extremely knowledgeable, was polite and friendly. Patriot Plumbing could very easily have taken advantage of us as we had been told we had a slab leak, Gary and Patriot Plumbing chose to take the high road and keep their morales and integrity in tact by being honest about it not being a repair running in the tens of thousands of dollars but rather a $1000.00 - $1,500.00 repair
