He arrived on time 11am. Our home has hardwood floors, with a crawl space under the house. He Cleared the sink drain in the master bedroom in 10 minutes. Then had him work on our bathtub.He had to crawl under our home at least 5 times in the next few hours.Ended up having to cut out a section of drain pipe with the trap. He Built and installed the replacement. Then, demonstrated that everything ran clean and clear. He made sure. He left the work area was clean and ready to be used. He left for his NEXT job well after dark. We are VERY satisfied with the work that needed to be done. VERY Professional Job. IF we ever need/require a plumber again it WILL be Mr. Rooter for sure. VERY good workmanship.

John the plumber came and checked it out. He was aware of what he needs to do after we told him the issue. He unclog it after one other co came and couldn’t unclogged it. Great job but pricey!
