Their price was very reasonable and yet when they called me for details and discussion of the process i could say that the person on the phone knew every small detail about the job that will be done. I am very detailed guy and the way it was introduced to me was the perfect. At the end of the call i had all answers to my questions that i was planning to ask but never asked because he already answered all of them the way he explained it to me. We agreed on terms and the job was done in 4-5 hours by 2 technicians. I also liked that owner came to check if everything is okay while they were installing everything. Slavi and his team were so professional and responsive. Our old water heater needed to be replaced urgently. After reading many positive reviews, I contacted OC Repipes. They responded immediately and visited to assess the situation. We decided to upgrade to a tankless system and repipe the house at the same time. We got a couple other quotes as well, but the responsiveness, pricing and professionalism from Slavi made our decision easy. The work began promptly. The team was conscientious and carefully protected the house, furniture and floors with plastic sheeting. While it looked a little like a scene from Dexter, no dust or mess was left behind. Also all the wall patches were seamless. It's been a couple months so far and we have better water pressure, instant hot water and a lower gas bill. This is the best experience I've ever had with a contractor.
