A few months back we had an emergency back-up in our main line. Disgusting water was backing up out of our toilets and into our downstairs tub. A friend referred us to Michael who is the owner of Duggan Plumbing and Rooter Service and we could not have been more relieved. He was very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue straight away. I don’t know what we would have done without his help and he has gained a customer for life with us. Got exactly what I wanted and at a really readable price. cyrus was super and worked with me to get within my budget and still get what I needed. demario and edgar the crew were great, knowledgeable and on time. They did a fabulous job and cleaned up afterwards. I'm so happy. It hardly makes sound, it cools off the areas I needed and it looks GREAT!!! When I called them on Sunday evening, they came right away and taught I will have to get it done maybe another day which would have made me miss work, but they didn’t mind about time they went extra mile and made sure all the work was done the same evening, and the price was very reasonable compared to what my neighbor told me that she pay to other company. I was completely satisfied and this will be my forever company to go to.

We have used Brothers Plumbing for both large problems, and smaller. No matter what the job, they are professional, efficient, affordable and go above and beyond for us. We wouldn't trust anybody else for our plumbing needs. The service we get is excellent and they are so responsive and friendly. They have always gone the extra mile for us. I can highly recommend them.

Difficult experience, estimate did not include everything so additional costs were added later on. Finish work was not completed correctly, still dealing with the work that was done, placed handles in the wrong place, would not make it right, tub still not glued in to place, left drain pipe at an angle, would charge again to complete work that was in the contract. Guy is intimidating, has no concern about how or if the work is done. Bath tub leaks when draining the water, toilet did not flush properly, need to get into the crawl space to see if the what else might be leaking.
