The call center staff was great. Your tech was professional and on time, but that's it. Tried to charge me $175 more for a pressure control valve than competitor. But worst was the labor quote of $900. I got another plumber to do the job for 889$ parts and labor,. Turns out that part costs only $500. Job took only 3 hrs. I Was a return customer, that won't be using or recommending roto rooter again.

Just had my A/C installed Friday. I'm super happy.
