Service tech., Matthew came to fix over flown toilet charge $125.00. Not working after he was gone. Another $500.00 was charged for next step ,hydro jet cleaning for nothing. Frustration and intimidation from this company. 'O' star with this company. Another company came up with better knowledge and experience, cleared the toilet.

He arrived on time 11am. Our home has hardwood floors, with a crawl space under the house. He Cleared the sink drain in the master bedroom in 10 minutes. Then had him work on our bathtub.He had to crawl under our home at least 5 times in the next few hours.Ended up having to cut out a section of drain pipe with the trap. He Built and installed the replacement. Then, demonstrated that everything ran clean and clear. He made sure. He left the work area was clean and ready to be used. He left for his NEXT job well after dark. We are VERY satisfied with the work that needed to be done. VERY Professional Job. IF we ever need/require a plumber again it WILL be Mr. Rooter for sure. VERY good workmanship.

Island Plumbing did a great job. They came to our rescue when our other plumber got sick and we needed to have work done so that we could close up a wall. We would give them six stars if possible. In addition doing good work they are responsive and communicative. Not only did they move hot and cold water line, a drain line and a gas line in a laundry room for us. We had them come back and do some extra work to the main incoming line to give us peace of mind. We will be using Island plumbing from now on.

It was so nice to get a quick response for the leak under my sink and to handle it the issue right away. Plus getting a great value for the new water heater. They have come out in a very timely manner, kept the job site clean and have been more than reasonable in there pricing for the very professional work and care. Even thought I do not like plumbing issues I know who to call.

Just had my A/C installed Friday. I'm super happy. Got exactly what I wanted and at a really readable price. cyrus was super and worked with me to get within my budget and still get what I needed. demario and edgar the crew were great, knowledgeable and on time. They did a fabulous job and cleaned up afterwards. I'm so happy. It hardly makes sound, it cools off the areas I needed and it looks GREAT!!! His hourly rate is good, but I guess get what you pay for - crap job. Gary is a childish, churlish, and extraordinarily unprofessional plumber. He was hired to fix a dripping faucet, he made it worse then said we needed to replace the fixture. My mother and I discussed what he recommended as the best brand / type to replace it with then asked him to pick the one that would be the best fit. I wasn't there when he installed the one he purchased for us and the base plate was smaller than the one being replaced so the holes cut in the sink were exposed. It looked disgusting. He told my mother there was no better solution that our sink was the issue. 2 weeks later the sink was leaking again so we called him to come take a look, he said our garbage disposal needed replacing. I agreed to his price but pointed out the ugly germ / leak job he did on the faucet installation and he stormed out of the house saying he didn't need this expletive. I tried to talk to him in a professional way, we just want a sink that doesn't look disgusting and need a solution. He said he would be back with a new garbage disposal to install - but never came back.
