Having a plumbing/water emergency is everyone's nightmare! EHS was quick to help! Corey from the first call had a plumber to my house within an hour. When it came to the dryout process I dealt with Jared. Jared, was extremely professional and undersood water damage and the after affects of the destruction it caused. Jared took the time to explain everything in detail and was very consciencious of the work to be done and the emotions involved as a homeowner. I would definitely recommend this company for your emergency home solution.

Peter was great to work with. He was very responsive and quick to schedule. He showed a lot of passion in his work. I had a new hvac system put in 3 years ago. I had a separate pipe leak that caused damages to the unit recently causing hvac to be removed. Peter was nice enough to remove, STORE THE HUGE UNIT while the unit went through restoration, and reinstall.
Unfortunately, we then had some freon leakage on external ppipes that were so small, it took him a long time to find. Usually, people would give up at that point but he continued to work on it for me and with his diligence, he found success! He was so sweet on the price because he knew i was going through major repairs on other things that were flood related. Definitely would recommend them!

I made the appointment because one toilet wasn’t flushing properly. When Keith arrived, I had another clogged toilet and a leak under the kitchen sink. He looked at all three and gave me an estimate. He fixed all 3 issues quickly and efficiently. It took less time than I expected. He explained everything to me. Keith was great and I will definitely use Roto Rooter again should any problems arise.

Cyrus called 3 hours ahead of my scheduled time. He had a cancellation and was wondering if I was open earlier. If I hadn't been pre-booked I would have loved it. But I did greatly appreciate the thought.

Last Sunday, I called the company to unblock my clogged bathtub, and they booked me an appointment for next Monday morning. The plumber came earlier than scheduled. He was helpful and thorough with his work; he managed to unclog the bathtub in a few minutes and gave me a decent quote for the service. He didn't try to upsell me anything. Outstanding job by all team members at Repipe1 from demo, installation of new pipe and drywall. Gilbert (repipe team lead), Alex, Josh, Josue and Reuben (drywallers), Daniel, Lily and Norma all were very professional and did an amazing job.
