The customer service, quality of work, honesty and dependability of this company is top notch. They are interested in what is best for the customer for sure. I was on a tight budget and they suggested that I hold off putting in a new AC unit for several months for a few reasons. They could have easily not suggested that and gotten my money many months ago. As a result of that, as well as the impeccable job they provided on the furnace they put in, they will get all of my HVAC business going forward. Peter was great to work with. He was very responsive and quick to schedule. He showed a lot of passion in his work. I had a new hvac system put in 3 years ago. I had a separate pipe leak that caused damages to the unit recently causing hvac to be removed. Peter was nice enough to remove, STORE THE HUGE UNIT while the unit went through restoration, and reinstall.
Unfortunately, we then had some freon leakage on external ppipes that were so small, it took him a long time to find. Usually, people would give up at that point but he continued to work on it for me and with his diligence, he found success! He was so sweet on the price because he knew i was going through major repairs on other things that were flood related. Definitely would recommend them!

Called HVAC Services LA Sunday morning at 10:00 and he showed up at 11:45 and fixed our heater! Reasonable price and quality service. What more can you ask for. I recommend air heating.

They left me with no working toilets and one of them failed and flooded today on Christmas. Not a good company. They also left a hole in my ceiling, very unprofessional

I had a slab leak and was in a plumbing nightmare. I call two other plumbers, the first was rude and overpriced. the second couldn't find the leak even after I showed him where the last plumber said it was. He told me he needed to rip up my whole floor to find the leak, and said it would take 2 days possibly. I have two special needs children who can hardly leave the house and I work from home. I couldn't have it taking forever to repair or costing me a huge amount. I called Oscar at only plumbing and finally I received help. He communicated everything to me up front, plus he found the leak! He was on time to our appointment and had great customer service the entire time. The job was done correctly and timely and I was told what was happening every step of the way. I would definitely recommend. I won't be calling anyone else. Thank you!

Good but expensive

My shower was having problems getting hot water and there was no water coming out of the shower head. Called orange coast plumbing to set a free estimate appointment the very next day. They were punctual in the set time. I really recommend Felix our plumber. He's very knowledgeable and professional. The Moen cassette that had to be removed for the water valve would of been impossible for me or most beginners to achieved. The rate they charged to do the job was well worth it.

The pipe behind the drywall in my house was leaking so I've reached out to them for repair. They told me if the tech come right now, it'd be consider an emergency and will be $189 fee. I asked them what's other availability, and they didn't respond, and just said tech is available right now. I figure sure why not, they are eager to make the fee, and I am eager to get it fix. The tech arrived, took a few look and told me they can't do anything or even figure out where the problem is, because the leaking is behind the wall, and they need to me to hire someone to test for asbestos before they can open up the wall. They gave me a bunch of analysis, which is essentially what I've already told them. I was charged for a $189 fee even though they've done absolutely nothing except showing up. I am fine paying for the emergency fee under the premise that they can do something that I couldn't myself. If they can't diagnose pipe behind drywall, then this whole thing wouldn't have happen had they simply asked me the age of my home, and listen to me for the fact that leaking is behind the wall. I ended up hired somebody who actually know what they are doing. In addition, I had them installed Irrigation Plastic Control Valve in Feb, and the thing busted and leak by August. Sure, they fixed it under warranty for me, but the whole thing costed me over $3500, and I question their work's longevity. I will change my primary plumber to somebody more capable since this whole incident.
