I highly recommend this company to anyone. They offer great prices and excellent service.

I used him few months back, he showed up on time but after trial & error to find a problem still charged me for stuff he did that was not necessary. His rates are extremely expensive and faucet that he fixed are broken again. I even asked a friend that used him and he too no longer going to use him . there lots of other plumber that know their stuff and doesn't take you to cleaner. Absolutely not recommend him

Service tech., Matthew came to fix over flown toilet charge $125.00. Not working after he was gone. Another $500.00 was charged for next step ,hydro jet cleaning for nothing. Frustration and intimidation from this company. 'O' star with this company. Another company came up with better knowledge and experience, cleared the toilet.

The city came to our place Friday at 3 to turn off the water because there was a noise coming from the water meter. Turned out the water line had punctures from a tree root. We called Mr. Rooter and they sent someone within an hour to fix the issue. With the rain, the job ended up taking a few days but they did the work, and got us up and running. Oscar was very professional and empathetic. He wanted to resolve the problem quickly. And even though it took longer, he honored the quote and did everything he could to get us water again. Really happy we got them over quickly and they gave us a very reasonable price. I think other companies would have kept increasing the price and taken advantage of the situation. Thank you so much for helping in our time of need!

My AC unit had a leak and I was told that the most efficient way to have the AC running again was to add more freon. However, the leak was more severe than they thought so the technicians decided to locate and fix the leak, and now the issue is fixed permanently.

Jesse is one of the sons who is now running this business. We have used Gary for years and now have the pleasure of working with Jesse. He has done work for us several times and he is always fair, skilled, on time, honest and a great guy on top of all of that. He is not one of these trade professionals that tries to sell you on upgrades and major repairs. If you need a simple leaky faucet fixed, he will do that. He operates with a very rare work ethic that is almost impossible to find these days. Would not hesitate to recommend him and will be using him again when the need arises.

Dave got Sergio out the same day to fix a sudden water pressure issue in our kitchen faucet. The water pressure is the best we’ve ever seen it- better than when we moved in two years ago! We also had a leak in the faucet hose line; Sergio showed me how to replace it myself once I was able to get the replacement. Took me 5 minutes today to install thanks to his tutorial! Overall I feel like we have a new kitchen sink :) definitely recommend Dave and the Great Park Plumbing crew!
