I called Quick Water Heater Company late Tuesday night because my water heater was leaking. They came out the next morning promptly at 9am to check it for me. Slavi and his team were so professional and responsive. Our old water heater needed to be replaced urgently. After reading many positive reviews, I contacted OC Repipes. They responded immediately and visited to assess the situation. We decided to upgrade to a tankless system and repipe the house at the same time. We got a couple other quotes as well, but the responsiveness, pricing and professionalism from Slavi made our decision easy. The work began promptly. The team was conscientious and carefully protected the house, furniture and floors with plastic sheeting. While it looked a little like a scene from Dexter, no dust or mess was left behind. Also all the wall patches were seamless. It's been a couple months so far and we have better water pressure, instant hot water and a lower gas bill. This is the best experience I've ever had with a contractor.

We had a pipe leak and decided to repipe the house with pex. Chris came out the same day we had the leak, gave us a quote and started the job a few days later. It took the crew one day to complete the repipe and one day to drywall and patch all the holes. Incredible efficiency, professionalism, and quality. Highly recommend!
