Last Sunday, I called the company to unblock my clogged bathtub, and they booked me an appointment for next Monday morning. The plumber came earlier than scheduled. He was helpful and thorough with his work; he managed to unclog the bathtub in a few minutes and gave me a decent quote for the service. He didn't try to upsell me anything. The repair was thorough, professional, and clean. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to others. Thank you very much, and continue serving good service to everybody.

We hired Patriot to perform the major (5-year) maintenance on our Pelican-Water whole-house water conditioner. The job is particularly complicated in this case because we have an oversized custom system intended for large houses. I was looking for water filtration for my our house and was checking out few companies in the area (Irvine). Peak West Plumbing was one of the companies i requested for an estimates. Their price was very reasonable and yet when they called me for details and discussion of the process i could say that the person on the phone knew every small detail about the job that will be done. I am very detailed guy and the way it was introduced to me was the perfect. At the end of the call i had all answers to my questions that i was planning to ask but never asked because he already answered all of them the way he explained it to me. We agreed on terms and the job was done in 4-5 hours by 2 technicians. I also liked that owner came to check if everything is okay while they were installing everything. We are very glad we contracted with OC Repipes to handle our house re-piping.
