Brendan gave me several different options for replacing the heater. He took the time to answer my questions. He made recommendations based on my needs. The quote I received was very fair. I called to get a garbage disposal put in, thought it would be a quick job. Two young very polite men showed up and this job turned out to be a real pain. A part that came with the new disposal did not fit in the sink, they took the time to find the correct part, drove to pick it up and then installed it. Great service. I could not be happier. AND....I called that morning, some nice polite fellow on the line said, we will have a truck in your area this afternoon. How great is that. I will call on them again.
