When it came to the dryout process I dealt with Jared. Jared, was extremely professional and undersood water damage and the after affects of the destruction it caused. Jared took the time to explain everything in detail and was very consciencious of the work to be done and the emotions involved as a homeowner. I would definitely recommend this company for your emergency home solution.

Amazing experience with Always. A/C has not been running cold so I called them up and they sent over Derek and Charlie the same day. They arrived on time, were super professional and knowledgeable.

Our toliet flooded, so we went to Google Reviews to search for a plumber. Mike replied within minutes. He was responsive, friendly and very professional. He explained the problem and fixed the toliet quickly. We would highly recommend Duggan Plumbing and will be using them again in the future. Thanks Mike!

As the Los Angeles temperatures dropped toward what passes for cold in these here parts, we lit our wall furnace but discovered that our thermostat was no longer turning on the burner. We scheduled an appointment with socal, which gives 3-hour windows. Their service tech cyrus arrived at EXACTLY the start of our window, checked out the situation thoroughly, and determined that the wire had been cut between the thermostat and furnace (we'd had some old flooring removed and new flooring installed, and apparently somewhere along the line the wire, which ran under the floor, had been damaged).

We determined that the best course of action would be to install a new thermostat in a different location. cyrus told me that in honesty it's an easy DIY job and showed me how to do it, but when I made clear that no DIY job is easy for me (a handyman I am not), he got back to me later with a very reasonable quote to do the install himself, parts included. I set another appointment window, for which he arrived EARLY (having called ahead first to make sure it was a good time for me), and did the job neatly, effectively, and in good time.

So to sum up: cyrus and socal ph&ac did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it, and for the price they said they'd do it for, and they did it well. What more can you ask? I hope for no further heater issues any time soon, but if they arise, I won't hesitate to call them again.

I contacted this company today to address my furnace repair needs. They send their plumber on time as promised and successfully did the repair to the highest standard. I am glad that he even came well-prepared with all the parts needed. Very professional all the way! Highly recommended to everyone in the area.

(Repipe 1) is a wonderful company. Anybody having problems with slab leaks or any leaking pipes, definitely call this company. They repiped my house in one day. Came back the next day and repaired all Drywall. They were professional, efficient and reliable. Their full house re-pipe comes with a lifetime warranty. Can’t beat that.
