Owner Dave was cordial at first towards a repipe (probably because HOA paid the tab). During the repiping process, his workers were late + smoked in my garage, spilled coffee all my fridge, and damaged my belongings in the garage. I informed him of these issues as any homeowners would and instead of apologizing, he rudely questions me for messaging him. This guy is a joke and can't man up to mistakes. Furthermore, he sent an invoice for a water heater move and then declines a few days later stating its bad karma.

John Rice was a great, kind, and professional worker. He did a good job in a timely matter.

Ian and Chris were above and beyond today helping me with a clogged shower. This was our second time using Zoom Drain and it was just as impressive and convenient as the first. Can’t thank this business enough! super responsive, kind, and they take great care while being in your home. Also, they’re cool, fun people to have around. thanks again Ian and Chris!

The job was finished ahead of time and still is a hole in the wall. I’m very disappointed in the overall quality of my experience with Roto-Rooters!!!!! They left a distasteful job. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for providing dishonest work.
