After calling several companies and no answers being close to end of day, we received a call back right away from this company. The receptionist was very helpful and extremely pleasant understand the importance of the issues and situation that we were against. She assured us that they would be able to send a service tech and our bathroom issues would be taken care of. Marco's arrived on time and even with unexpected surprises that arose we weren't gouged hitting my wallet hard. He explained to us what was going to happen and even the owner came over to assist with the problem that most would have walked away from returning in the morning. Desi & Marco were amazing they finished up and we are as happy as can be with their services! I would recommend them to everyone who has a small or big issue regarding plumbing. Absolutely love this company!!

John, Ishmael, and Ivan did an amazing job. They solved a major pluming issue I had for a reasonable price. I always get three quotes and Mr. Rooter came in well below the rest. Excellent customer service! I decided to upgrade to an WiFi Thermostat and had everything installed on the wall, but couldn't figure out why no power was being routed to the thermostat. I re-wired everything several times and still had no power. I took several photos and sent them to socal to see if they could help out and sure enough, they were able to solve my problem almost instantly! The sales associate who helped me was Tim - who explained everything in great detail and even went the extra mile in providing his personal phone number in helping me quicker when I followed his solution. The issues revolved around the furnace and wiring not being properly installed. And BAM, the WiFi Thermostat worked like a charm! Socal PH&AC was very helpful and recommend them 110% to anyone with AC/Heater/Thermostat troubles!

We had Repipe1 come and do the entire house as a precaution, didn't want to have a leak cause more damage in the future. Everything went great, quick scheduling and completed the job in a day. We also had them come back and install a whole house water filtration system.

Almost a year after the job was completed we noticed the hose bib on our water filtration machine was slightly leaking, we called them and within an hour they came and replaced the hose bib. The supervisor Alberto was great and helped us understand the issue and got everything fixed on the spot.

We had a great experience with the initial repipe and then when we needed them they came right away. Super reliable and highly recommended!!!

I woke up Sunday morning to a flood from my water heater and is started calling around and Irvine water heater man was able to come out Sunday and gave me a better price than the other companies I had called he does clean work and very knowledgeable highly recommend him

Derek was very courteous, had a polished appearance with a smile to match. He was really professional right down to wearing booties on his feet before entering our home. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Derek showed me everything he did before having me sign off on the final invoice. There was no surprise added costs; which was very refreshing. Brothers hit the mark straight on! I called first and got an honest education about toilet replacement including best types, brands, and the logistics of installation. I ended up installing 3 new toilets. Jim- the owner, came with a crew who performed removal and installation with lightening speed. One can not afford to take short cuts when it comes to toilets and especially their installation. I would give 10 stars if it was an option. They’ve also done other work here and they were always professional and ethical. I recommend without any reservations!

Difficult experience, estimate did not include everything so additional costs were added later on. Finish work was not completed correctly, still dealing with the work that was done, placed handles in the wrong place, would not make it right, tub still not glued in to place, left drain pipe at an angle, would charge again to complete work that was in the contract. Guy is intimidating, has no concern about how or if the work is done. Bath tub leaks when draining the water, toilet did not flush properly, need to get into the crawl space to see if the what else might be leaking.
