He quickly diagnosed the problem and identified a couple possible solutions. He fixed the toilet, and I'm quite pleased with everything. He was very knowledgeable, and I learned several important things about plumbing and home maintenance during the service call. (I'm a new homeowner, so this is all new to me.)
