Professional service from initial phone call through completion of work. Knew exactly what to ask and confirm, and were courteous throughout the process of getting my septic tank pumped.

Guys were friendly but charged more for labor than advertised rates. Showed up at 8:50 was gone by 12:50 and charged $495 for labor. The bill was $5 over the quote but charged the quoted price but it seems like it should have been less seeing as he advertises $125 first hour and $85 hour after. I ended up paying $123.75 an hour. They did good work. I had a question after they left and he did return my call promptly. Would use again but would get clarity on labor cost first.

FYI: No parts sales to general public.

don't bother calling. you'll end up sitting at home waiting and they won't show up.
