Thompson Plumbing does great work and at a fair and reasonable price! They are easy to work with, do quality work, and went above and beyond what I expected. Won't be choosing another plumber for any work I need. I would highly recommend them for any and all plumbing needs.

Guys were friendly but charged more for labor than advertised rates. Showed up at 8:50 was gone by 12:50 and charged $495 for labor. The bill was $5 over the quote but charged the quoted price but it seems like it should have been less seeing as he advertises $125 first hour and $85 hour after. I ended up paying $123.75 an hour. They did good work. I had a question after they left and he did return my call promptly. Would use again but would get clarity on labor cost first.

FYI: No parts sales to general public.

Called and a man answered like he wasn't expecting to pick up a phone. He tells me they sometimes do free estimates when I ask. I explain what I need and he procedes to tell me he probably wouldn't be interested because he's so busy! Most likely not interested because of the size and complexity of the job. It is okay to tell me you're not equipped for that, guy!
