Best Water Softening in Houston TX

I called Roto-Rooter on a Friday afternoon expecting to make an appointment for the following week since my issues was not an emergency. A technician was at my house an hour later. He knew exactly what was causing the issue even before taking a look. My problem was resolved very quickly.

Pros. Very professional and polite
Cons. Very expensive, I need to replace 2 under cabinet light fixtures, I provide the parts, they wanted $572 for the labor. I declined, watched YouTube, did it myself in 1 hour. A professional would have done it in less than 30 min.

Excellent plumbing service, professional plumbers, clean and schedule on time. The prices are very reasonable. I hired this plumbing company quite often and will continue to work with them. Highly recommended!

Mr. Sword came out for an appointment to check on a walk-in tub installation for a person in a wheelchair who needs it asap. He said he would get a quote even after we said that we were fine with going ahead with the repairs. And then there was no communication at all for 2 weeks, even after multiple emails, text messages, and calls. This put us behind schedule on installation.Now he says he won't take the job when it was his lack of communication back to us.Unprofessional, not responsive, avoid at absolutely any and all cost.

Carlos has been amazing. He treats my house as if it was his own. Both Carlos and his assistant have been great.
