Today, Vinh an Air Tech technician came to service our air & heating system.Both my husband and I are elated with his service call. 5 Star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.Vinh first contacted us to let us know when he was arriving, a detail both my husband and I appreciate. He immediately went to work after talking with us to find out what was causing us a problem.He promptly figured out the source of our problem, animals had chewed the outside wiring preventing the system to communicate with the smart system.Our home is 30 years old, everything has a life span. We were so grateful for Vinh going up in our attic checking in the inside unit then proceeding outside to check the outside equipment.He quickly saw the problem took pictures to show us and replaced the wiring. Vinh was quick and accurate in his diagnostic & repair skills.
