I rarely write reviews but this company warrants another 5 star review. I have had poor experience with contractors in TX because of a lazy approach to their business. Rude on phones, miss appointments and try to rip you off.ORY's and special accolades to Charlie for understanding the true concept of customer service. Won't go through the details but called for assistance wit a shower that kept running water. Well beyond a drip. We had some issues with the repair initially but Charlie stepped up and had open communication with me to really want to work out the situation.It was all resolved to my satisfaction and the 5 star review is for a company that understands and practices customer service.ory's is my go-to plumber for any future needs. Mike Dayter is an excellent plumber!! He was very thorough, honest, professional, and patient with all of my questions. Having trust and confidence in the ability of a company to handle all of your plumbing problems is extremely important!! I had a previous good experience with another company, but they were too expensive. This company is extremely fair with their prices and have great employees as well! I was also very impressed with Heather, with whom I spoke with to set up my appointment. I'm definitely going to have 24/7 plumbing to do my repairs. This company is very fortunate to have Mike as their employee!!
