Best Rheem in Houston TX

Found the Hot Water Guys online and was pleased with the number of good reviews they already had. They definitely didn't disappoint! They scheduled a same day service. The tech was on time, explained everything (and even more than he probably needed to get me up to speed on the inner workings of our tankless water heater...much appreciated), and fixed the problem within the first hour for a reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend!!!

Reliable, efficient and personable! Chris was great to work with... showed up when he said he would and got the job done in a timely fashion. Seems like an all around nice guy, too! If you're looking for a plumber, check out Perot Plumbing :)

I have to say I am highly impressed with this company overall and in particular with my technician Jay. Professional, polite and prompt, from the ladies in the office to the technicians...they sent someone out within hours of my call in triple digit heat. The first tech wasn't able to repair my AC that night, but he worked on it until 10:30 pm trying to get it up and running. Jay came out at 11 am the next morning, found the problem, had to make a run to the hardware store and still had it up and running in under 2 hours. Honestly, if I was able to give their company10 stars, I would.
