Had a situation due to a leak in our bathroom and the shower drainage all clogged, but Hugo company did a great service and got the job taken care of. Being responsible and taking care the situation and letting me know any other problems their was and getting it taken care of right in that moment

I call Kenneth on a Sunday and he showed up within an hour and took care of my clog toilet at a reasonable price. I am a skeptical person when looking for help on the internet, but talking to Kenneth he was very professional and explain to me what it will cost me. I will highly recommend him and if I have another issue he will be the first one I call.

So I called to make an appointment for a toilet repair because the reviews were good. The lady that answered the phone was very abrupt and was rushing me through the call. I was apprehensive in this moment about this business but I made the appointment, hour range 11am-1pm. When the latter hour of my appointment expired and no one had shown up or called, I called the business number. Some man answered and he kept hanging up the phone in my face. This happened at least 4 times. My experience with this company was terrible from the appointment stage. You must treat your customers (and potential) well.
