Brandon was very knowledgeable and helpful with our tankless water heater repair. They were able to come out quickly. He’s needed to order parts and worked with the company to get the parts we needed. When the items arrived the next day (it was over nighted ton then), they came out the same day to install. We had hot water right away.Very professional, polite, and responsive.

If they ain't got it, NO ONE does!! I use to buy at Royal Plumbing until they closed down. So when I needed a valve for my 40 year old price Pfister tub faucet, after looking literally everywhere in north/northwest Houston, they were the only store that had what I NEEDED. I wasn't prepared to change out my entire faucet system just to take a shower and my other bath was out of commission. They saved the day and went above and beyond to help me identify and find the ONLY valve that would work. The young lady in the store was friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you MPI. I'll be back!!
