Kintex Plumbing, LLC was contracted through Sears Home Warranty to replace my hot water heater. There is a process to get this done and unfortunately, the Kintex Plumbing technician did not set the proper expectation on the process required to get approval from Sears. After speaking with Kintex Plumbing customer service, I realize the technician actually lied about the process. I ended up getting approval from Sears to secure a vendor to complete the task, pay out of pocket and have them reimburse me.
