Christmas Eve we discovered our water pipe had frozen and then ruptured. They came out made the repair without charging a holiday surcharge. They were polite and quick. 10/10 would recommend.

Plumbing Technician Richard was great! He was courteous and friendly. He was able to solve our issue quickly and explained what happened well. Offered great advice to keep up with plumbing maintenance in the south since we are new down here. Definitely will keep him and Kintex in mind for all our plumbing needs!
