bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of Northwest Houston Plumber
I was happy with Josh but that's where it ended.I spent over $1000 to repair broken pipe but when I asked if the repairman would replace the valve to the home main shut off which was part of the line repaired, he refused saying that wasn't part of the contract. So I spent about $500 an hour and they are so profit oriented that they wouldn't replace a cheap valve to satisfy a customer. They have seen the last of my business. Now as a layman I am on my own to replace something that would have been easy and cheap for them.

Acacias Plumbing LLC Plumber
Acacias Plumbing is Highly Ethical, skilled, knowledgeable, trustworthy, family-oriented, and goes beyond the scope of its duty. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A PLUMBING COMPANY IN MY LIFE LIKE THIS TEAM!! We purchased a home in a gated neighborhood almost a year ago. We had major plumbing work and had four companies give us outrageous quotes without understanding the scope. Other plumbing companies were fired for make-up work to pocket the money or never pull a City inspection. We were living in a nightmare world! We came across Acacias Plumbing through our patio contractor. Acacias Plumbing worked on redoing our plumbing system on 3 ½ bathrooms, new patio, kitchen, and every location where we had water issues. They even fixed other plumbers' mistakes. Acacias Plumbing ensured everything was inspected and waited for the inspector for any question that needed to be addressed.Acacias Plumbing saves you money by fixing things right the first time and never replacing items that don't need to be replaced. They find new issues, such as a cracked wall or fixture breaking; they tell you when it is practical and give you clear information. We found it very helpful since our bathrooms were gutted. They checked the damage done by demolition and even helped to fix bad work. Unscrupulous plumbers may give you a lowball quote and then surprise you with extra fees saying they had to do more work than what was agreed on. It happened to us.Acacias Plumbing respects your time and your home. They don't say they will arrive at 10 AM and show up closer to noon. They don't make a significant mess and leave you to clean it up. Good plumbers clean up their mess even if it is in an area the homeowner doesn't often use, such as a hot water closet. They make efforts not to damage your electrical connections and structural elements while repairing your plumbing problems. What they tell you they'll do and won't surprise you with new, emergency projects without proving it. They will inform you of potential problems that need to be fixed down the line, including issues that are not fixable by a plumber like a shifting foundation. Reputable plumbers respect you, your home, and your time.

Santiago Plumbing LLC Plumber
I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.

DYZ Plumbing, LLC Plumber
Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

No1 Plumbing Houston Plumber
A friend of mine recommended This company. We hired them to assess a drain, as we suspected that there had been damage from a huge tree root. He was a great guy and really understood the drainage system. He also explained each step of the process to us. It took him half the day to do the job. He did it with a smile, even though it was a dirty job. This company is my favorite. It's a great product and I would use it again if necessary.
