What started out as a routine plumbing service due to a leaky faucet turned out to be a problem for the water restoration group. Roto-Rooter took such care of us during the week it took to take care of the situation. They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional and gave us such wonderful advice, I don't feel the need to go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. Just wonderful experience all around during a time of stress.

My husband and I are beyond pleased with the service we received the past two days from Plumb Right. From the first phone call and immediate scheduling to signing the paperwork, this was truly a positive experience. We needed a procedure done to our master jacuzzi tub (new overflow and bottom drain) and our service technician, Frank, was honest with us up front about pricing and then very efficient with his work. Their prices are very reasonable for the area and they are very informative and happy to answer any questions you have beforehand. The service from this company is horrible. The Plummer stated that he would return to our home and never returned. He also showed up at the job with his two year old son. The lack of communication and professional is ridiculous. Then to add insult to injury he promised to return to the home and never did. He also would not answer the phone when I tried to call to question his whereabouts. Please find a reparable plumbing company. This is the worst service that I have ever received.
