Best Design/Build in Houston TX

The tech came out and said the motor and condenser was out so that was $800 I paid them. They left without checking if AC was working so I had to call them back within minutes and the office didn't want to send anyone out till Friday, they don't care since I have already paid $800 for a $100 part. After calling the manager they sent the tech back now they said the computer or something will be another $650. They didn't get it working the first time they came and they want to come back and charge me over 1400 for nothing and who knows if that's what's wrong. If you see negative reviews please make sure to double check before you hire this company. I originally hired them because I saw good reviews but I have had a horrible experience and my AC is not working and they said it will be till Friday when they can order the piece and they don't care that they were careless and not professional at all. I paid $800 for lazy work and still not working with the bent bolts with missing nuts they didn't put back on.

A friend of mine recommended This company. We hired them to assess a drain, as we suspected that there had been damage from a huge tree root. He was a great guy and really understood the drainage system. He also explained each step of the process to us. It took him half the day to do the job. He did it with a smile, even though it was a dirty job. This company is my favorite. It's a great product and I would use it again if necessary.

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.
