They did a great job and they worked with my budget

Had to shut off water to the house during the first day of the storm. Called Perot and spoke with the owner. Was told he could get out 2 days later. Tried calling him numerous times to confirm the schedule without success. When I did get ahold of him- by luck- on the afternoon of the day we were scheduled for service, he knew absolutely nothing about my call, said he would ‘try to handle the local people’, estimated his response at ‘maybe another two days’ and was plainly overwhelmed. While I appreciate the unique difficulties of the situation, Perot led us to believe that we could rely upon them when plainly they had not even scheduled our call. We would have made other arrangements with a company that books and calendars its calls for service and has the capacity to provide updates.

Great Customer Service, Very Professional and take pride in work. Would recommend to anyone looking for this service.

Very prompt, and efficient. It needed to be replaced, and the technician came prepared with a new one. He installed it quickly, and didn't leave a mess for me to clean up after. I am very pleased.
