Best Central Air Conditioners in Houston TX

I have to say I am highly impressed with this company overall and in particular with my technician Jay. Professional, polite and prompt, from the ladies in the office to the technicians...they sent someone out within hours of my call in triple digit heat. The first tech wasn't able to repair my AC that night, but he worked on it until 10:30 pm trying to get it up and running. Jay came out at 11 am the next morning, found the problem, had to make a run to the hardware store and still had it up and running in under 2 hours. Honestly, if I was able to give their company10 stars, I would.

Wasn’t happy with my last experience. Ended up paying $400 for the tech to clean my clogged sink which was leading to the exterior drain line draining. Did not inspect both units: Tech said he would email me info on my air conditioner performance but never did.Update: Airtech reached out to me to correct the problem and sent someone else out who was great. I’m updating my review to 5 stars
