I reached out Sunday afternoon and Jay was out at my house the next day to give my Service my AC. I was working and on a call, but Jay understood and did what needed to be done to ensure my AC was operating as well as it can. He also provided a lot of suggestions for ways the system can be improved and where it is failing now. Jay was incredibly knowledgable and was super grateful he was able to put recommendations into terms I could understand. I know next time I need AC service or repairs I plan on reaching out to Jay G.
