We have an American Home Shield policy on our appliances and because Chris misrepresented our garbage disposal to American Home Shield I had to take a second day of my time to get a second opinion. Chris called 1 completely intact tea bag with a tiny speck of white on it construction debris. The good news is that Superior Plumbing came out and fairly and accurately described our situation (very old garbage disposal that could not have been jammed by this one completely intact tea bag. Also confirmed motor was not spinning and completely refuted Chris' diagnosis.) Everything was 100% covered and we now have a brand new garbage disposal.

Chris was the rudest repair person I have ever dealt with.

I called and spoke to the owner, Mike, and found him to be quite lacking in people skills as well. He later called me back and left a voice mail saying he doesn't want me to think our company did anything on purpose to get your claim denied. He further said they run into this situation quite a bit.

I have had an American Home Shield policy on a different property for over 16 years and have never run across this situation.

I have instructed American Home Shield to never send this company again.

I called Paul, he answered and hung up then blocked my number.
