I have had a great experience working with Andre and Alex. They have been excellent communicators, especially helping me manage this from a distance. They are thorough, patient, polite, detailed, experienced and a delight to work with. I have been beyond impressed with the communication, photos, etc. as they check in almost every day with updates and next steps. This communication is greatly appreciated. They have also been helpful in helping me know how to navigate these steps with insurance, etc. they have bee in patiently happy to answer ALL my questions without any attitude or rush, despite the fact that I know they are very busy.
