I've hired at least a half dozen different plumbers while I've been living in my condo the past 14 years. All were great but I have to say Steve's Plumbing is exceptional from start to finish. The office staff is very prompt in replying to texts, phone calls and scheduling appointments.The plumber that was assigned to us, Kristopher Turner was prompt, professional, very thorough and very detailed oriented in in his work.I would highly recommend Steve's Plumbing Services to anyone and ask for Kristopher if he's available.

Went to Home Depot on Alakawa St. three separate times to shop for replacement windows ad doors. Average wait time was 30-45 minutes to have someone help us. We left each time. Wait, it gets better! On the fourth visit someone helped us within 10 min. After spending over an hour selecting almost $2000.00 in windows/doors, we were told before we place the order an installer would have to come to our house to get exact measurements. Makes sense. We had to pay for the service which is understandable. We paid over a hundred dollars using our credit card and were told someone would call to set up the appointment. A week later, no call. We called them. Another two days. No call back.

Unbelievable this people coming to my building to do some construction work, First of all they are so much disrespectful and Loud, they starting work super early ,Super inconsiderate about tenants in the building , they screaming to each other in the hallway like day and they home!!!!

The entire AC system at our unit this company installed at the Central Ala Moana project was down within a few months after we moved in November 2021. Half way through the 1 year warranty period, May 2022, their repair service came refill the freon and re-taped piping. A few months later Oct 2022 the system stop blowing cold again due to freon leak however the warranty expired in Sept. It seems like they did what was needed just to get pass the expiration period. The slow leak from installation continued and was never addressed completely. They are not willing to provide further service and only told us to refer to system maintenance documentation. If you are making a new home purchase, make sure to check all the contractors involved.

Got recommended by their pest control company. Allen and his team promptly helped out with our water heater issues. Thank you Kamaaina!
