Great company!

Big company with lots of plumbers and long hours. So, you wonʻt always get the same plumber but they can show up on short notice and handle lots of different jobs. Anthony was very helpful with a tricky plumbing issue we had. Nalu did good work on something else. Plumbing is expensive and they arenʻt cut rate, but if something isnʻt done right theyʻll come back out and fix it.

Have you ever called the Home Depot and tried to get assistance? Good luck on that, as I waited 20 minutes three different times, only to be told that I'll try to have someone in that department get back to you. I ordered blinds from the Home Depot at 421 Alakawa Street, and paid in advance for the installation. After waiting a week and not hearing back from anyone in the service department, I made several calls, spoke to the call center phone employee, who couldn't bring up the installation program in her computer and said she'd again relay the message to someone in the blind department. She went on to tell me that 20 minute waiting periods to speak to someone in the call center was routine, as there are very few call center employees, sometimes only one, and they are receiving 6-8 calls at the same time. The Home Depot doesn't understand customer service at all, and I don't recommend buying anything that they don't have right in front of you and that you can take home and install yourself. Forget about calling the Call Center. Go to Lowes!

We called Kama’aina Plumbing and the dispatcher answered, assigned a plumber efficiently. Plumber showed up on time/earlier than we had even hoped, and got the job done efficiently. The plumber, Michael, was courteous and quick. SO grateful. Thank you!
