My husband and I called Steve’s Plumbing service to replace our water heater. Within 24 hours, Brayden, our technician, diagnosed and installed a new system. He took the time to show us how to use it and explain the service it would need to remain in good condition.We called back when we still weren’t getting hot water in our master bath and he returned the next day to replace our shower valve.Brayden was professional, friendly, respectful, and timely.
