This is the second time we have used them and both have been exceptional. The plumber was friendly and professional. The staff we worked with were very helpful and responsive. They worked us into their schedule very quickly. We have two neighbors who also think highly of them. No question we will use them again if we have a plumbing problem.

American Home Sheild Warranty: referred me to Jewel’s Plumbing for my leaking shower diverter spout. Oliver arrived a few hours later, got the part out from the shower and went to a plumbing supply store to purchase the part. When he opened the box, the part wasn’t the one that was supposed to be in the box.

Per supplier, the part needed was old & obsolete. Oliver tried to improvise a fix but later that evening, I could hear water leaking again in the shower.

Oliver’s valiant attempt to save me money, had failed. I left a message on Jewel’s plumbing answering machine.

The following morning, I received a call from Jewel’s Plumbing wanting to schedule a return to fix, however, they had AHS on the line, and I needed to speak to them first. AHS rep advised that since no part was available to fix the shower, a “newer style” would need to be installed. However, because of the difference in size, the new part being much larger, Jewel’s Plumbing would need to make the existing access hole bigger, which wasn’t covered under my AHS plan.

I had no choice but to pay an unexpected $250 out of my pocket.

Oliver returned with the new fixture. It took him several hours to get it all done. When he was finished, he asked me to come and see what he installed. The new faucet style was much larger than the old one and looked nice. It functioned well as I made sure I got both hot and cold water.

Oliver cleaned up the area and threw rubbish and old parts away for me. He is a hard worker and really aims to please. AHS and Jewel’s Plumbing has a great representative in Oliver.

I had a leak where I had to turn off the water to the whole house on a Friday morning. I called 3 plumbers the 1st one I talked too said the earliest they could come out until Monday. Rayco was the 2nd and they returned my call shortly. I talked to the Owner Gary who said all his workers were on big projects and normally did smaller calls in the afternoon. However since I told him the problem he said he could come out and do it on the way to the project. He was at my place in 45 minutes and repaired the leak. Gary was experienced fast, courteous and highly professional, he also gave me tips on other problems I might encounter. I highly recommend RayCo Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. You will be pleased with their work along with warm and friendly service.
