Jeff did a fantastic job straightening out the leaky & convoluted plumbing setup that was done by my contractor several years ago. Jeff is careful, neat, considerate, knowledgeable and professional. Actually this is the 4th time I used Steve's Plumbing Services, and each time I've asked for Jeff. I like that he keeps me updated on my plumbing situation and discusses pros and cons of several options. Also never tries to sell me extra unneeded services. I highly recommend Jeff, and I will be asking for him again for my next plumbing needs.Steve's Plumbing's dispatch services are to be recognized as well. They are super organized and customer-responsive. You're notified of delays and the customer service is top notch.

Have you ever called the Home Depot and tried to get assistance? Good luck on that, as I waited 20 minutes three different times, only to be told that I'll try to have someone in that department get back to you. I ordered blinds from the Home Depot at 421 Alakawa Street, and paid in advance for the installation. After waiting a week and not hearing back from anyone in the service department, I made several calls, spoke to the call center phone employee, who couldn't bring up the installation program in her computer and said she'd again relay the message to someone in the blind department. She went on to tell me that 20 minute waiting periods to speak to someone in the call center was routine, as there are very few call center employees, sometimes only one, and they are receiving 6-8 calls at the same time. The Home Depot doesn't understand customer service at all, and I don't recommend buying anything that they don't have right in front of you and that you can take home and install yourself. Forget about calling the Call Center. Go to Lowes!

Though friendly, would not recommend this company. Hired them to fix a drain leak on a split AC unit and what I received was a filter cleaning on all split AC units when time would have been spent better (@$110 an hour) fixing actual problem.

In the end I was charged $220 for barely over an hour of time(not work) at my property.

Do not recommend. They have yet to call me back.
