Beverly Higa. I had a problem with my toilet tonight and called Rotorooter for help. Stephanie was very nice and set up the appt for this evening. This was about7pm and gave me window of4 hours. Joseph Gasmen called and let me know he was on the way and was here before9pm. He was fast and very efficient. He walked my sister and I throughthe whole process . I have never had a plumber explain in detail howthe toilet system works. We learned a lot from him. So patient!!!thank you for being there 24/7 with no extra charge for the pm call.
