Technician was great! Hard working knowledgeable and a pleasant disposition.
However I believe the price for the work preformed was overly inflated! A bill with materials and labor listed with any other applicable charges should have been provided to justify the cost. I needed the repair done asap and they were there.

Scope of work was to check kitchen sink for a leak and clogged bathroom sink and shower. The technician stated this on the invoice: Prior to arrival on property made contact with the owner at which time had a hard time contacting tenant but arrived on property and was told if I could wait a little bit for owner to contact tenant. I wish I was finally able to get access to the unit. Long story short, I was charged for 3 hours instead of less than 2 hours of work. The technician claims the extra time came from calling the tenant to gain access and going from the unit to his van took 1 hour and 20 minutes. This was not the case, it only took him at max 10 mins to gain access to the unit to perform his work. Before hiring a plumber make sure you work with a company who can come see what the issue is and give you an estimate. If they cannot do this then I would avoid using that company. I've tried making contact with a manger on this issue but no response. Bottom line, I was over charged.
