Toilet was leaking from the base. Figured it was the wax ring but because of past nightmares with DIY repairs, I contacted a professional so that I could minimize any headaches. My review is separated into two parts: scheduling and service.SCHEDULING - I contacted Steve’s Plumbing and they were able to schedule service for the same day. Unfortunately, they had to reschedule because the appointment prior to mine took longer than expected. I was a little upset because I took time off from work for nothing. But they were able to schedule for the following day.SERVICE - Landry Sua was the plumber that performed the toilet repair. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He even gave me advice about unclogging my toilet (auger vs plunger). He showed me what caused the leak, provided options for the repairs, and recommended what he felt would be the best option.
