We had a major backup in the laundry room, the kitchen, hallway & 2 bathrooms. David Hrobochak came within 15 minutes of my initial call to your main office. I’ve been a basket case because of the amount of damages & moving things around to avoid more sewage water from affecting more of our personal items. Due to David’s knowledge of knowing how to console people, his expertise with what to look for in situations such as ours, I feel he has been a Godsend. He has made me feel at ease and that we’re in good hands. In fact, the entire crew that has been here all afternoon, has been fabulous.
