David S. is an exceptionally talented and hard-working plumber. If you call Royal Flush, I’d recommend asking for David S. and ONLY David S! Had two very frustrating experiences with other plumbers from this company; after dozens of phone calls, I finally got Royal Flush to send someone who knew what he was doing. Not only did David S. fix the issue (finally! Finally!!), he was also polite, cleaned up after he was done, did a little extra work that needed doing to finish the job to perfection, and was a totally good guy in every way. He makes up for all the unreturned calls from someone on the Board of Directors (don’t hold your breath if they tell you “Chad will call you to discuss this issue”—it’ll never happen) and is just a terrific guy.
