My experience with Seth Plante and Paige was just terrific. Paige was pleasant and helpful and actually called back to say the plumber could arrive earlier. She wanted to be sure this was OK. Of course I said yes!! My ceiling was leaking!!!! I had used Superior Plumbing once before and found them to be professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. Seth confirmed all the above qualities, finding the problem, and making sure the problem with the leak was completely resolved. He covered and protected the floor and items in the way. Once he was finished, he made sure to clean up and put everything back in its proper place. Once finished, he went over everything with me, making sure I understood, giving me suggestions as to how to proceed. Thanks ....made an unpleasant experience pleasant.
