I had a 9 to 1pm appointment they arrived about 5:45pm. I had it in my mind not to use them ever again but needed the repair done. I see a young man name Richard at my door and the 1st thing I think is oh boy they are late and now they are sending me someone to young. I found out he was only 23 but WOW!!!! he took such good care of me as a customer and I can be a hand full. I made it his issue Roto-Rooter was late getting someone to me. I pressed him about the quote and this young man continued to smile and provide the service someone like myself expects. I manage a hotel for a living for over 25 years in hospitality and we are very short of staff in the middle of a pandemic and I would hire Richard today! Thanks for the service recovery Richard!
