Had a leak in my 46 year old water pipe buried between the water meter and my home with accompanying $200+ per month water bills. Arranging the repair was done by phone, the repair work took 2-1/2 hours total, payment was made electronically, and everything was done properly, on time and as agreed. I could not be more pleased! I highly recommend and will not hesitate to contact them again.

I think that the pricing is fairly standard, just based on my experience, but there's no effort to try and upsell you on services or supplies you don't need, which isn't always standard. The tech who helped me was phenomenal. I am keeping Plumb Works Inc.'s number among the companies I would call when dealing with a plumbing issue.
