Panther Plumbing was able to respond within a couple hours to our phone call about a leaking commode in one of our bathrooms. It appeared to me that the wax seal was leaking as there was water coming out along the tile grout lines whenever the toilet was flushed. Jacob and Tucker arrived as promised and, based upon my observations and the fact that the commode could be shook and was loose on the floor, they said it was most likely the wax seal, and quoted the price to fix it before they even removed the commode. More importantly, Jacob noted that the loose commode could be being caused by a broken mounting flange, but that they would not be able to tell if that was true until they pulled the commode. During the work, they took some pictures of the area under the commode which looked pretty dirty, but which thankfully showed the flange was not broken. They quickly installed a new wax seal, reset and caulked the bottom of the commode where it meets the tile, and told us it was okay to use at any time, just not to clean around the base for 24 hours so the caulking could set and dry. Great guys. Fast work. Courteous service.

This is my second time using Mr. Superior Maintenance's services and I am very pleased with the service. Nate was a complete professional from start to finish. From his informative recommendations, to his punctuality, to keeping me updated throughout every step for this work. The ducting on my house was installed in a way that almost completely inhibits airflow to the two back bedrooms. Nate recommended installing a duct blower to help push air through. We purchased the necessary hardware and scheduled the install. Nate finished the installation in a timely manner and showed me the difference the blowers made and I could immediately feel the difference in temperature. He also showed me how to adjust the blowers if I wanted more or less intensity. I really appreciate how attentive he was throughout this process and will definitely be contacting Mr. Superior Maintenance for my future needs.
