I have an annual service plan with Estes and feel that they do a thorough job and always send out good quality employees. When one of our AC Evaporator Coils started leaking we were faced with investing money into a legacy cooling system (R-22 which is becoming obsolete) or purchasing a new AC Condenser and Evaporator coil system. I called out another highly rated company to get competitive pricing since this is a major purchase.My Estes sales rep, Russell, did a great job working through a few options. I ended up selecting Estes based on the history of service with them, pricing and my comfort with level with Russell and they way we worked through all options. I decided to replace both systems.During installation, something came up with one of the crew members and since they rode together the rest of the crew had to leave and drop him off. With a smaller crew and in the middle of one of the hottest days of the summer(after coming back) Jordan and Scottie had to install one of the coil systems in a dangerously hot attic. They did everything they could including taking turns, and cycling to other parts of the job to recharge and get the attic portion done safely. Ends up that this project went deep into the evening but they both kept a great attitude and I never doubted that our AC units would be up and running before they left.I inspected the work, both inside and out, and can see that no corners were cut. I'm very happy with my experience, and am grateful that Estes employs talented people with good attitudes.
