Loren listened carefully as we explained our various issues and the history of our house. He then methodically moved to confirm and sort out the problem that we had. He was impressive in his willingness to work the problem until it was resolved. He then got us operational again and cleaned up all of the areas where he worked then double checked with us again to be sure all was to our satisfaction.
